Brain Power Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 cup liquid (milk, oat beverage, or your favorite plant-based beverage)
- 1 scoop of Natreve Keto Protein, French Vanilla Wafer Sundae flavor
- 1 tbsp cacao powder
- 1 cup frozen blueberries
- 1 banana
- Optional: a handful of ice
Directions
