A simple post workout or breakfast protein shake for the chocolate fudge lover in all of us. 

Banana Fudge Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 cup liquid (milk, oat beverage, or your favorite plant-based beverage) 
  • 1 scoop of your favorite Natreve Fudge Brownie protein powder (Vegan, Whey or Keto
  • 1 frozen banana, broken in half 
  • Optional: a handful of ice 

Directions

  1. Add ingredients, in order, to a high-powered blender.
  2. Blend until your desired texture is reached.  
  3. Add more liquid or ice if needed.
